Calibration and Repair

Evergreen Telemetry offers repair and NIST-traceable calibration for Wireless Sensing Modules, while the Wrist Reporter, used for display and storage, does not require calibration but can be sent for software updates, and Capture Hoods generally do not require calibration unless specified.

Two Day Guarantee

Evergreen Telemetry understands the importance of fast turnaround times, offering a two-day in-house calibration guarantee—if your equipment arrives on a Monday, it ships by Wednesday, or the service is free. Repairs are typically completed within 3-5 days, ensuring minimal downtime, while shipping times vary based on customer needs and chosen delivery options.

Shortridge

Shortridge Instruments ADM and HDM devices undergo calibration for pressure, temperature, velocity, and airflow, with readings compared to NIST-traceable standards to ensure accuracy; however, no adjustments or repairs can be performed.

Instruments and Setpoints

NIST-Traceable calibration maintains an accuracy of +/- 0.0002 in wc for its lowest range. For velocity and flow tests, a VFD-controlled fan powers three test stations through over 60 feet of duct equipped with flow straighteners and orifice plates. Refer to the table for nominal test points, with additional test points available for a small fee.
