30-Day Full Refund Guarantee

We want you to be confident in your investment.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Evergreen Telemetry product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a full refund:

  • Product must be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.

  • Product must be returned in good working condition.

  • All original accessories, components, cables, manuals, and packaging must be included.

  • Product must not have been intentionally modified, abused, or damaged.

Non-Refundable Items

The following may not qualify for a full refund:

  • Custom-built products

  • Custom skirts, frames, or special-order accessories

  • Calibration services already performed

  • Repair services already completed

  • Products damaged through misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications

Evergreen Telemetry reserves the right to inspect returned products before issuing refunds.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and evaluated.


Three-Year Product Warranty

All Evergreen Telemetry products are covered by a three-year limited warranty.

This warranty covers defects in:

  • Batteries

  • Power switches

  • USB charging ports

  • Display backlights

  • Internal electronic components

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Normal operational failures under intended use

If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, Evergreen Telemetry will repair or replace the product at no charge.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Accidents

  • Misuse

  • Neglect

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Water intrusion

  • Impact damage from drops

  • Fire, theft, or natural disasters

  • Damage caused by the tires of Ford F-350s

Calibration & Repair Service

Our commitment to Faster, Easier, Safer extends beyond new products.

Our repair and calibration processes are designed to return your instruments to service as quickly as possible.

Calibration Turnaround Commitment

Most calibration services are completed within two business days after receipt at our facility.

If Evergreen Telemetry fails to complete standard calibration service within two business days (excluding shipping transit time and circumstances beyond our control), calibration labor charges may be waived at our discretion.

Batteries

Most Evergreen Telemetry instruments utilize rechargeable lithium-ion battery technology.

Some specialized Temperature and Humidity Sensors utilize replaceable AA batteries.

Battery replacement requirements are evaluated during calibration and repair services and replaced as needed to maintain instrument performance.

Loaner Equipment Program

To help minimize downtime, loaner instruments may be available during qualifying repair and calibration services.

Warranty Repairs

If repairs are covered under the Evergreen Telemetry Three-Year Warranty:

  • Repair charges are waived

  • Loaner equipment charges are waived

  • Standard return shipping charges are waived

Non-Warranty Repairs

For repairs not covered under warranty, customers are responsible for:

  • Repair costs

  • Calibration costs

  • Loaner equipment fees

  • Shipping expenses

Loaner availability is subject to inventory.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping products to Evergreen Telemetry unless otherwise authorized.

Warranty repairs may qualify for return shipping coverage at Evergreen Telemetry's discretion.

Customers are encouraged to properly package all returned instruments to prevent transit damage.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your shipment arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item:

  • Notify Evergreen Telemetry within 5 business days of delivery.

  • Retain all packaging materials.

  • Provide photographs when possible.

Our team will work quickly to resolve the issue through replacement, repair, or refund.
